smooth integration, ongoing collaboration, and active issue resolution.\n\nProactively manage a diverse portfolio of partners, maintaining strong relationships and continuously aligning strategies to maximize commercial success.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration & Relationship Management\nWork closely with internal teams-including Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal-to seamlessly align and integrate partnership initiatives across the organization.\n\nMaintain ongoing, effective communication with external partners through all approved business channels.\n\nTrack and monitor key partnership performance metrics, conducting regular reviews to evaluate outcomes, resolve challenges, and optimize revenue streams.\n\nBusiness Development & Market Representation\nActively promote PopOK Gaming’s innovative product portfolio and services to prospective and existing clients.\n\nServe as an ambassador for PopOK Gaming at major iGaming industry events, trade shows, and networking conferences to strengthen market presence and build strategic networks.\n\nGeneral Responsibilities\nPerform additional business development tasks and duties assigned by the immediate supervisor in line with position goals and local labor legislation.\n\nRequirements\nNative-level or full professional fluency in Chinese, along with excellent business fluency in English.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus).\n\nMinimum of 2 years of proven experience in partnership management, business development, or account management (preferably within the iGaming or B2B tech industry).\n\nStrong negotiation, pitch, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and close deals.\n\nExcellent problem-solving abilities with experience evaluating partnership metrics, ROI, and performance optimization.\n\nTrack record of managing multiple concurrent projects and client relationships effectively under dynamic timelines.\n\nWillingness and flexibility to travel internationally for client meetings, trade shows, and industry
