preferably in a B2B SaaS environment\nStrong expertise in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, design systems)\nA well-rounded portfolio displaying work in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing\nSolid understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and accessibility best practices\nAbility to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design ideas effectively\nExperience working in agile, cross-functional teams with product managers and engineers\nA mindset of continuous improvement-always looking for ways to refine and optimize the product experience\nPassion for problem
