In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, managing core features from concept through launch, while strategically identifying opportunities to integrate modern AI tools and automation to drive growth and enhance customer experience.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProduct Lifecycle Management: Manage all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept through development, launch, and continuous optimization\n\nMarket & Competitive Analysis: Drive product research, market analysis, customer feedback collection, and competitive benchmarking to shape overall product direction\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales to coordinate product releases and ensure high-quality delivery\n\nRequirements & User Stories: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and specifications that guide development and design teams\n\nCustomer Insights & Innovation: Identify customer pain points and growth opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis; generate innovative ideas- including continuous platform features and smart automation-to improve customer experience\n\nAI & Automation Integration: Identify and evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities and automated workflows to improve product value and user engagement\n\nStrategic Planning & Documentation: Contribute to and maintain product strategy documents that include use cases, business value, technical needs, and expected ROI\n\nRoadmap Execution: Ensure roadmap execution is aligned with business goals and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders\n\nGo-To-Market Support: Support go-to-market planning and product positioning by working with marketing and sales teams\n\nKPIs & Success Metrics: Evaluate existing KPIs and propose new success metrics to measure platform performance and guide decision-making\n\nFinancial & Commercial Input: Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to analyze product profitability, cost structures, and provide input on product pricing\n\nForecasting & Impact Reporting: Assist in preparing product sales forecasts, business impact reports, and other strategic assessments\n\nTeam Alignment: Support cross-functional collaboration and foster alignment across departments for your product’s success.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field\n\n3-5 years of experience in product management or similar roles\n\nStrong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycles\n\nAbility to synthesize market data, user feedback, and business inputs into actionable product plans\n\nFamiliarity with modern AI tools and applications in software to help evaluate automated feature enhancements\n\nExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms\n\nSolid communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills\n\nProactive mindset and the ability to drive initiatives independently\n\nBackground in SaaS, gaming and/or betting industry is a plus\n\nDo you like to learn hard, work
