understanding of GTM strategies, promotional mechanics, and player retention techniques \nProficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and using data to optimize marketing strategies and ROI \nAbility to conduct thorough market research and competitor benchmarking to maintain a distinct product advantage \nStrong experience in overseeing the creation of high-quality marketing assets and ensuring they align with the product’s value proposition \nHands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns \nFluency in English is necessary for international communication and strategy development\nPrior experience in the iGaming or gaming industry is a significant plus \nAbility to translate technical game features into exciting player-facing benefits \nExcellent interpersonal
