Prepare accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) in compliance with GAAP or IFRS.\n\nTax Compliance & Strategy: Oversee the accurate calculation, filing, and payment of all corporate taxes (VAT, income tax, payroll taxes). Act as the primary point of contact for external tax auditors.\n\nTeam Leadership: Manage, mentor, and review the work of the accounting team (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accountants).\n\nInternal Controls & Audits: Design and enforce internal accounting policies to prevent errors and fraud.
