recruitment strategies.\nAdvise hiring teams on best hiring practices, market trends, and competitive compensation strategies.\nCoordinate and facilitate recruitment-related events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.\n Process Optimization & Compliance:Continuously improve recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.\nMaintain compliance with employment laws, hiring policies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices.\nTrack key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire, and provide data-driven recommendations.\nData-Driven Recruitment & Compliance:Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and optimize recruitment strategies based on data insights.\nEnsure compliance with employment laws, industry regulations, and company policies.\nMaintain and update recruitment databases, ATS systems, and candidate records.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field\nAt least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on tech, gaming, or blockchain industries.\nStrong experience in talent acquisition within IT, iGaming, Web3, or similar fast-paced tech industries.\nProficiency in sourcing techniques, ATS systems, and recruitment marketing strategies.\nAbility to manage multiple roles simultaneously while ensuring quality hires.\nExperience working in global recruitment, including sourcing international talent.\nDeep understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.\nExperience hiring for specialized technical and non-technical roles in high-growth environments.\nExpertise in sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing and headhunting.\nStrong interview and assessment skills, with knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.\nProficiency in HR technology, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics tools.\nAbility to build strong
