calendar, ensuring consistent communication and timely publication\nMonitor community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions while maintaining the company's brand voice\nCollaborate with the design, content, product, and marketing teams to produce high-quality social media campaigns and promotional materials\nMonitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation\nAnalyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations\nSupport employer branding initiatives through social media activities\nAssist in the planning and execution of online events, campaigns, and product launches\nCoordinate with external partners, influencers, and media when required \nCarry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field \nAt least 2 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within the technology, B2B, or sports data industry \nStrong knowledge of social media marketing strategies\nExperience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms\nFamiliarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools Experience with social media analytics and reporting\nBasic understanding of paid social campaigns\nKnowledge of current social media trends and platform algorithms\nAbility to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and presentation skills\nStrong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability\nHighly organized with the ability
