preferable)\nStrong communication skills and ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances\nQuickly identify problems, form solutions, and execute step-by-step troubleshooting procedures\nWorking knowledge of PC operating systems and Microsoft Office Applications\nGood communication skills is a must, good team member \nProficiency in Windows OS\nExperience with remote desktop applications and help desk software\nAttention to detail and good problem-solving skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nGood written and verbal
