Business Solutions Consultants are a key part of the implementation project team, which delivers Softdocs'sEtrievesoftware to new clients and provides software consulting services. Business Solutions Consultants will own all the functional business analysis to identifyhow Softdocs’sproducts can best be utilizedby the various users across an educational institution.\nThe role reports to the Manager of Professional Services.\nResponsibilities\nMakesclients wildly successful through their onboardingexperienceto Softdocs’s Etrieve\n\nPartners with Project Manager to ensure satisfactory client communication and understanding of project deliverables and deadlines\n\nPartners with Technical Solutions Consultants on system configuration requirements to meet the implementation needs\n\nWorksacross multiple projects and project teams simultaneously to anticipateand manage changes in projects\n\nConsults with clients to identifybusiness processes related to document handling and document workflows\n\nDelivers documentation to the client capturing in written form what the client shares in conversation and an action plan on how to apply Etrievefor a successful client onboarding experience and beyond\n\nEnsureseach client successfully achieves their desired outcomes from using our products and services by collecting information we need to develop implementation design plans\n\nDrives training clients how to use our Etrievesolutions to ensure clients’ success and excellence\n\nThe Ideal Candidate\nTechnical Skills\nMicrosoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word\n\nHard Skills\nExperience working in software and enterprise-level software\n\nExperience working in K - 12 and/or Higher Education marketplaces\n\nSoft Skills\nContinuous Learner - proactive in learning new features and other product platforms, displaying your curiosity along the way\n\nAnalytical - strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to logically problem-solve on the fly.
