You will sit within the marketing team working with our SDR function, marketing operations, and content teams to augment our marketing with highly scalable automated outbound activities. Your role is measured in quantity of leads and quality of subsequent pipeline.\nWhat You'll Do\nUse tools like Clay, Outreach, Apollo, Zapier and others to automate outbound efforts via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to augment and extend the efforts of our SDR team\n\nUse those same tools to identify and act upon web traffic, ad interactions, and third-party intent data to nurture leads into conversion; partner with performance marketing for tracking and ensure data integrity across the funnel\n\nOwn the GTM marketing stack, including data integrity and integrations\n\nBuild and maintain attribution models to track marketing performance across the funnel, from first touch to closed revenue\n\nUse Clay to build enrichment, scoring, and prospecting workflows\n\nBuild dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and channel efficiency\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive GTM processes using Zapier, native APIs, or custom scripts; suggest new tools to add or replace to keep the marketing tech stack current\n\nDocument processes and workflows\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of experience in marketing and/or revenue operations, growth engineering, or a similar GTM systems role with evidence of pipeline growth success\n\nHands-on experience with HubSpotand Salesforce, including custom fields, workflows, and data architecture\n\nExperience with Clayfor data enrichment and outbound workflow automation\n\nExperience with Outreachor a comparable sales engagement platform\n\nFamiliarity with Zapieror similar iPaaS tools\n\nAbility to integrate AI tools into daily operations\n\nStrong understanding of marketing attribution models\n\nComfort working with APIs, webhooks, and data mapping between systems\n\nFluency with spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools to validate data and report on performance\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with SQL and/or a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, etc.)\n\nFamiliarity with ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and conversion tracking setup\n\nBasic scripting ability (Python, JavaScript) for custom integrations beyond no-code tools\n\nExperience scaling a marketing tech stack at a high-growth startup\n\nWhat We Offer\nRemote Position: 100% remote work from anywhere in the U.S.\nDirect Access to Leadership: You’ll have open access to our CEO and senior leaders from day one.\n Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Disability, $15,000 Life Insurance, flexible PTO, 13 holidays, and paid parental leave.\nLaptop/Equipment Stipend: Choose your laptop and set up your remote workspace your way.\nProfessional Development: Grow through training, learning opportunities, and leadership exposure.\nMentorship & Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
