technologies.\nServer monitoring, patch management, and troubleshooting.\nBasic knowledge of SAN/NAS storage and network connectivity.\nPhysical server and hardware administration.\nExperience with iLO, DRAC, or equivalent server management tools.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and client relationship management.\nExperience working in large and complex IT environments.\nStrong ownership, accountability, and proactive approach.\nKnowledge of ITSM processes and SLA management.\nAbility to maintain infrastructure records
