mindset - someone with a solid professional foundation who enjoys working with requirements directly, takes ownership of decisions and risks under uncertainty.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAnalysis & Process Modeling\n\nElicit and analyze client business processes.\n\nConstruct process models in BPMN 2.0 (AS-IS / TO-BE).\n\nIdentify logical deadlocks, constraints, and edge cases.\n\nRequirements Engineering\n\nArticulate and formalize clear, measurable functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs).\n\nDecompose requirements into User Stories with Acceptance Criteria (using modern syntaxes such as EARS, BDD, or standard specifications).\n\nAI-Assisted Optimization\n\nLeverage modern AI tools and copilots (e.g., Kiro, LLM prompt engineering) to accelerate requirements generation, documentation, and validation.\n\nPre-sales & Discovery Participation\n\nActively participate in Pre-sale activities and Discovery phases (RFP/RFI analysis, high-level scope estimation, client workshops, and solution vision drafting).\n\nRequirements Life Cycle & Change Management\n\nMaintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nConduct Impact Analysis for incoming change requests.\n\nManage product backlogs.\n\nCommunication & Stakeholder Management\n\nFacilitate Discovery sessions and interviews.\n\nResolve requirement conflicts.\n\nBridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nExperience\n\n5+ years of hands-on experience as an IT Business Analyst on complex Enterprise or Web projects.\n\nDomain Expertise\nPractical background in eGov (e-Governance), public sector projects, or large-scale digital transformations.\n\nProfessional Certification\n\nProfessional Business Analysis certification (IIBA: ECBA / CCBA / CBAP, PMI-PBA, or BCS Diploma in Business Analysis) will be a very big plus.\n\nTechnical & Analytical Skills\n\nAdvanced knowledge of BPMN 2.0 process modeling and familiarity with object-oriented modeling (UML).\n\nHybrid Delivery Experience: Proven ability to bridge the gap between fixed-scope contractual specifications (e.g., regulatory requirements, formal Statement of Work) and iterative Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).\n\nUnderstanding of API architecture (REST/JSON), data mapping, and basic database design concepts.\n\nAdvanced AI & Syntax Tooling\nHands-on experience with AI tools for BA automation (e.g., Kiro, Claude/ChatGPT prompt engineering) and formal requirement syntax formats such as EARS (Easy Approach to Requirements Syntax).\n\nPre-sales Experience\nExperience in preparing materials for the Pre-sale stage (RFP/RFI processing, high-level scope estimation, proposal preparation).\n\nMindset & Soft Skills\n\nHigh Level of Ownership: Self-driven, self-motivated, autonomous, with a strong readiness to make decisions, take initiative, and manage risks.\n\nHigh Learning Agility: Ability to quickly master new domains, technologies, business frameworks, and analytical approaches.\n\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.\n\nLanguages & Mobility\n\nEnglish proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) to Advanced (C1) level (confident in conducting technical and business discussions).\n\nReadiness and ability for
