This roleis responsible formanaging the full project lifecycle including planning, scope, budget, timelines, resource coordination, client communication, risk management, and successful delivery outcomes.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with ERP implementationexpertise, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to drive alignment across clients, consultants, developers, and leadership teams.\nThis position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction while supporting long-term client retention and growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Leadership & Delivery\nLead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for SAP Business One and Acumatica clients \nDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and deliverables \nFacilitate projectkickoff meetings, status meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews \nEnsure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and PMO processes \nManage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and issue resolution \nCoordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, data migration specialists, and client stakeholders \nMonitor project health, budget burn,utilization, and delivery risks \nClient Relationship Management\nServe as the primary client-facing project lead throughout the implementation lifecycle \nBuild trusted relationships with executive sponsors and operational stakeholders \nTranslatebusiness requirements into actionable project plans and delivery milestones \nProactively communicate project status, risks, escalations, and remediation plans \nEnsure a positive customer experience focused on adoption, and delivery quality \nEnsure alignment between contracted scope, client expectations, and delivery execution \nQualifications\n5+ years of ERP project management experience \nExperience managing SAP Business One, Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP implementations \nStrong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, business process mapping, integrations, and change management \nProven experience managing project budgets, timelines, scope, and cross-functional teams \nExcellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills \nExperience using project management and PSA tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar platforms \nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills \nPMPcertified \nTravelup to 25% \nPreferred Experience\nSAP Business One and/or Acumatica implementation experienceand certificationstrongly preferred \nExperience working for an ERP VAR, SI, or Professional Services organization \nKnowledge of manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services, or field services industries \nExperience managing data migration, integrations, customizations, and third-party software
