We are building a new customer portal for a large logistics company. Business users at the company's customers will use it to track shipments, see delays and ETAs, manage invoices and documents, get alerts and reports, and ask an AI assistant about their own data. The portal runs on Azure: React/TypeScript front end (installable PWA), Python/FastAPI services, and an Azure Databricks lakehouse that feeds the application with certified data. Customers from many companies use the same application, so strict data isolation between them is a core requirement.
