Stack Developer role is responsible for full-cycle software development, including coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and system maintenance while collaborating with internal and external applications. \n\nBuild and enhance high-performance fintech/product systems handling large-scale concurrent users and high-volume transactions. \n\nDesign and implement scalable microservices and distributed system architectures. \n\nDevelop reliable APIs, asynchronous processing flows, and event-driven services. \n\nOptimize system performance, scalability, reliability, and application responsiveness. \n\nCollaborate closely with PDM, designers, mobile developers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. \n\nDesign and maintain efficient database structures, caching strategies, and data processing workflows. \n\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and distributed system challenges. \n\nImplement secure, maintainable, and reusable code following engineering best practices. \n\nReporting and Monitoring \n\nProvide regular progress updates to the Director/PDM/Lead Developer of team \n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including code specifications and processes. \n\nMaintain up-to-date documentation for knowledge sharing and system sustainability. \n\nProduce weekly/monthly performance code report to PDM/Lead Developer of team \n\nCooperation & Collaboration \n\nWork collaboratively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery quality. \n\nActively comply with company standards. \n\nYêu cầu\n\n4+ years of experience with backend development using Node.js/NestJS and frontend development using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+). \n\nStrong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, dependency injection (DI), modular architecture, and scalable application design. \n\nExperience designing and building scalable microservices, distributed systems, and high concurrency/high-transaction platforms. \n\nStrong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous processing, event-driven architecture, background jobs, caching strategies, and message queues. \n\nExperience working with relational, NoSQL, and graph databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and Neo4j. \n\nExperience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially GKE, Google Pub/Sub, and cloud-native architectures. \n\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, observability, and system performance optimization. \n\nGood understanding of system design, scalability, reliability, application security, authentication/authorization, and secure coding best practices. \n\nExperience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit/integration testing practices. \n\nGood problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in Agile/Scrum environments. \n\nGood English communication
