Create runbooks and mentor junior platform engineers.\n\n- Integration & Maintenance: Maintain ELK infrastructure, cloud integrations, containerized components, and release pipelines.\n\n- Stakeholder Support: Communicate regularly with client leads and security teams regarding platform status, storage planning, and ingestion rates.\n\n- Outage Response: Act as the main escalation point for cluster outages, index bottlenecks, and ingestion failures.\n\nRequired Technical & Professional Skills:\n\n- Experience: 8+ years in IT operations, focusing on Elastic Stack administration and cloud platform support.\n\n- Elastic Stack: In-depth experience configuring, sizing, and tuning multi-node Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats environments.\n\n- AWS Cloud: Strong experience managing supporting AWS resources like EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, VPC, and RDS.\n\n- CI/CD & Builds: Hands-on skill in building release pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Maven, and Git.\n\n- Troubleshooting: Demonstrated capability to diagnose query performance, memory limits, and log pipeline bottlenecks under pressure.\n\nPreferred Certifications:\n\n- Elastic Certified Engineer / Elastic Certified Analyst\n\n- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate / Professional\n\n- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)\n\nEducation:\n\n- UG: Any Graduate\n\n- PG: M.
