APIs and integrations\n\n2. Cloud and on-premises deployments\n\n3. Kubernetes concepts\n\n4. Metrics, logs and traces\n\n5.Incident management and RCA\n\n6. SRE/DevOps workflows\n\n7. LLMs and agent workflows\n\n8. Tool calling and context\n\n9. Model limitations and evaluation\n\n10. Authentication and permissions\n\n11.
