Обязанности:

  • Ведение бухгалтерского и налогового учета в 1С по расчетам с поставщиками.

  • Проверка правильности оформления первичных документов и проведение операций по поступлению и корректировки КС-2, КС-3, гарантийное удержание, зачет авансов;

  • Ведение раздельного учета по объектам строительства;

  • Своевременное отслеживание дебиторской и кредиторской задолженностей;

  • Работа в АСУ ФКР, согласование счетов на оплату;

  • Зачет взаимных требований;

  • Согласование Актов сверки;

  • Работа с системой ЭДО - Диадок;

  • Подбор документов и данных по запросам налоговой;

  • Инвентаризация оригиналов документов, взаимодействие с контрагентами по их получению, при необходимости;

  • Взаимодействие с менеджерами и поставщиками по общим вопросам.

Требования:
  • Опыт работы с строительной организации;
  • Знание счетов 10, 20, 26, 60, 76, 90, 91;
  • Опыт работы на аналогичной позиции от 2-х лет;
  • Высшее экономическое/финансовое образование
