Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file/print services.\nManage Microsoft Azure and Entra ID resources - virtual machines, storage, networking, NSGs, and conditional access.\nProactively monitor network, server, and bandwidth health; perform root-cause analysis and capacity planning.\nOwn backup schedules, restoration testing, and site-level DR/BCP planning and documentation.\nEnd-User Computing & Microsoft 365\nAdminister Microsoft 365 - Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, licensing, and mail-flow/security policies.\nManage endpoints through Intune/SCCM - imaging, application deployment, compliance, and device policies.\nDrive monthly patch management and ensure antivirus/EDR coverage and compliance across all endpoints.\nHandle end-to-end onboarding/offboarding (laptops, accounts, access provisioning and revocation) for joiners and exits.\nIT Support & Service Delivery\nAct as the L2/L3 escalation point for complex and critical incidents at the Hyderabad office.\nShare the ticket queue with the existing IT engineer, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous coverage during leave, shifts, and peak periods.\nCarry out problem management for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.\nPrepare weekly/monthly reports on ticket volumes, SLA performance, and infrastructure health.\nMaintain the IT knowledge base and guide L1/helpdesk or support staff where applicable.\nIT Security & Compliance\nImplement and enforce security baselines, access reviews, USB/DLP controls, and password/MFA policies.\nSupport internal and external audits (ISO 27001 / SOC 2) by maintaining controls and producing evidence.\nRespond to security incidents, phishing reports, and vulnerability findings in a timely manner.\nIT Asset, Vendor & Procurement Management\nMaintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware, software, and licenses for all 185+ users and shared devices.\nManage the full asset lifecycle - procurement, assignment, repair, refresh, and e-waste disposal.\nCoordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC/warranty renewals, and SLAs; obtain quotes and prepare comparisons for approval.\nWork with the Facilities team on IT requirements for seating changes/expansion, structured cabling, meeting-room AV, CCTV, and access control systems.\nDocumentation & Continuous Improvement\nMaintain network diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, asset registers, and configuration records.\nAutomate repetitive administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools.\nCollaborate with IT teams at other locations to standardise tools, processes, and configurations.\nRequirements\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or system engineering.\nExperience independently supporting an office or site of 150+ users.\nProven experience working as an L2/L3 escalation point and managing site IT independently.\nTechnical Skills (Must Have)\nStrong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.\nSolid administration experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).\nWorking experience with Microsoft Azure -
