As Founder's Office Associate, you will take that load off and become the operating backbone of the Founder's Office. You start with executive support and grow into owning projects end to end as you earn trust.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecutive Support (primary mandate, about 60%)\nManage both founders' calendars across India, Australia and US time zones; protect focus time and resolve conflicts without escalating\nTriage inboxes: flag what needs a founder, draft replies, and close out the rest\nPrepare briefs before client, partner and leadership meetings covering context, open items and desired outcomes\nCapture decisions and actions after meetings and drive them to closure\nPlan business travel end to end, including itineraries, visas and on ground logistics\nCoordinate leadership reviews, offsites and client visits to our offices\nFounder's Office Projects (secondary mandate, about 40%, growing over time)\nTrack priority initiatives across accounts and functions, and run a weekly founder review of status, risks and blockers\nBuild decks, proposals, board style updates and client review packs\nPull data from finance, delivery and hiring teams into clear summaries the founders can act on\nRun short research tasks such as vendor comparisons, office options and market scans\nOwn selected internal projects end to end, from brief to completion\nAct as the first point of contact for the founders and handle sensitive information with complete discretion\nRequired Skills\nDomain Skills & Tools\nMust:\nExecutive Support Calendar and inbox management across time zones, travel planning, meeting briefs and minutes\nBusiness Writing Professional emails, one page briefs, meeting notes, status updates\nMicrosoft 365 Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint\nCoordination Action tracking, follow ups, status reporting\nAI Productivity Using AI tools to draft, summarise and research faster\nPreferred:\nPresentations Board, client review and proposal decks\nBusiness Acumen Basic financials, contracts and hiring data\nQualifications & Certifications\nBachelor's degree in any discipline; an MBA is a plus but not required\n3 to 6 years as an Executive Assistant to a CXO or founder, or in a Founder's Office, consulting or project coordination role\nExperience in IT services, GCCs, or with Australian or US clients is preferred\nNo certifications required\nSoft Skills & Cultural Fit\nProven discretion with confidential commercial and people information\nWrites a crisp email or brief without help, and speaks confidently with senior client stakeholders\nComfortable with early morning calls for Australia and evening calls for the US, as needed\nHigh ownership: drives actions to closure without needing to be followed up\nStays calm and organised when priorities shift between two founders\nWhat We Offer\nWork directly with both co-founders and see first hand how a GCC business is run\nExposure to enterprise clients across Australia, the US and India\nA clear growth path from executive support into Founder's Office and strategy work\nFlexibility to work from our Hyderabad HQ or remotely\nCompetitive compensation with performance linked growth\nFirst 6 Months: Priority Focus\n1.
