Technical Leadership - MERN Stack\nProvide technical oversight for applications developed using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.\nUnderstand frontend and backend architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and database design.\nGuide teams on application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.\nReview technical designs and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.\nOversee integration with third-party APIs, external systems, and enterprise applications.\nEnsure performance optimization, application security, and code quality.\n\n3. Team Management & Leadership\nLead and mentor cross-functional teams comprising developers and business analysts.\nManage engineering resources, capacity planning, task allocation, and productivity.\nConduct regular project reviews, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nResolve technical and operational blockers.\nFoster collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance engineering culture.\n\n4. Stakeholder & Client Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, business stakeholders, and senior management.\nUnderstand business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.\nCommunicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies through regular reporting.\nManage stakeholder expectations and handle escalations effectively.\nConduct project demonstrations, steering committee meetings, and delivery reviews.\n\n5. Quality Assurance & Process Management\nEnsure adherence to software engineering standards and development best practices.\nCollaborate with QA teams to establish testing strategies, automation, and release readiness.\nOversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and production releases.\nEnsure proper documentation, technical specifications, and project governance.\nDrive continuous improvement in engineering processes and delivery efficiency.\n\nRequired Technical Skills\nStrong understanding of MERN stack:\nExperience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integration.\nFamiliarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, and modern development tools.\nUnderstanding of application security, scalability, performance optimization, and system architecture.\n\nProject Management Skills\nExperience in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.\nExpertise in project planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource management.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.\nStrong risk management and issue resolution capabilities.\nExperience managing multiple projects and distributed teams.\nExcellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nMinimum 12+ years of overall experience in IT/software development.\nSignificant experience managing end-to-end software development projects.\nStrong technical understanding and project delivery experience in MERN stack-based applications.\nExperience working with international clients \nPMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or
