CANVAS (LOW-CODE RAD PLATFORM)\n\nLocation : Hyderabad\n\nExperience : 10+ Years\n\nEngineering Management : 3+ Years\n\nAbout the Role :\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development of Canvas, a next-generation Low-Code RAD platform that enables business teams to configure banking products through governed metadata rather than hardcoded logic.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead and mentor frontend, backend and platform engineering teams.\n\n- Own technical architecture, engineering roadmaps and delivery.\n\n- Drive visual-editor performance and micro-frontend architecture.\n\n- Build metadata-driven execution engines and JSON-based configuration models.\n\n- Lead architecture discussions, code reviews and complex technical problem-solving.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, Design and Project teams.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills :\n\n- Low-Code / No-Code platforms, RAD tools, workflow builders or visual editors.\n\n- Strong frontend expertise in React and Angular.\n\n- Micro-frontends (Single-SPA preferred).\n\n- Redux / Zustand / NgRx.\n\n- Backend : Java, Spring Boot and Hibernate.\n\n- Metadata/schema-driven execution engines and JSON configuration.\n\n- Workflow orchestration : Camunda (BPMN) or Temporal.\n\n- Strong system design, architecture and engineering leadership.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- React Flow, GoJS, XState or similar graph-rendering libraries.\n\n- Business Rule Engines (BRE).\n\n- Go, KrakenD or integration gateways.\n\n- CRDTs, Yjs, Automerge or WebSockets.\n\n- AI/LLM and Agentic AI integrations.\n\nImportant Hiring Criteria :\n\n- Candidates must be based in Hyderabad.\n\n- 10+ years of overall IT experience.\n\n- Minimum 3+ years of Engineering Management experience.\n\n- Strong career stability is mandatory.\n\n- 3 -
