We deliver Cloud, Web, and AI-driven solutions (ERP, CRM, HCM, WMS, e-Invoicing) to help organizations work smarter, grow faster, and leverage AI insights. \nWe are looking for a motivated  Senior Supply Chain Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team. \nYour contribution to the success of the team\nParticipate in the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of WMS and logistics solutions.\nAnalyze warehouse processes and customer requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.\nConfigure WMS functionalities according to customer operational needs.\nSupport integrations with ERP and other third-party systems.\nInvestigate and troubleshoot functional and data-related issues using system tools, logs, and SQL.\nSupport customers and partners during testing, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production.\nDeliver training sessions to users and partner teams.\nCollaborate with consultants, developers, support teams, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.\nProvide feedback to Product and R&D teams to support continuous product improvement.\nYour Qualifications & Competencies\nDegree in Computer Science, IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience with ERP, WMS, or business software solutions is an advantage.\nGood understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.\nGood knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably SQL Server.\nFamiliarity with system integrations and technologies such as EDI, XML, or Web Services is a plus.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and business users.\nCustomer-oriented mindset, strong ownership, and teamwork.\nGood organizational and time management skills.\nFluency in Greek and English, written and spoken.\nYour Benefits:\nWe are growing our team with the vision of having top performers who contribute directly to the growth of the company.
