infrastructure.\n\n\r\rCI/CD & Automation: Implement robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, leveraging modern automation tools to streamline code delivery.\n\n\r\rInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage provisioning, scaling, and configuration of cloud resources using declarative configuration and automated tools.\n\n\r\rCollaboration & Culture: Evangelize DevOps culture, modern software delivery methods, and reliability best practices across cross-functional engineering teams.\n\n\r\rMonitoring & Reliability: Partner with SRE and operations teams to ensure high availability, proactive observability, and rapid incident response.\n\n\r\rSecurity & Compliance: Integrate security guardrails early into the deployment pipeline (DevSecOps) and ensure compliance with enterprise policies.\n\n\r\r\rRequired Skills & Qualifications\r\r\r\rCore DevOps Practices: Deep understanding of DevOps lifecycle management, CI/CD principles, version control, and infrastructure automation.\n\n\r\rContainerization & Orchestration: Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (OpenShift or enterprise Kubernetes environments).\n\n\r\rInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with tools such as Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible.\n\n\r\rCloud & Platform Operations: Familiarity with modern hybrid-cloud architectures, multi-cluster management, and disaster recovery strategies.\n\n\r\rObservability & Logging: Experience setting up monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
