implementations across Facets, Mainframe, Java, DataStage, Talend/TalendWorks, and associated applications.\n\rKey Responsibilities\n\r• Analyze Medicaid regulatory requirements and develop comprehensive test scenarios for individual states.\n\r• Validate end-to-end changes across: \n\ro Facets\n\ro Mainframe\n\ro Java applications\n\ro DataStage\n\ro Talend/TalendWorks\n\ro APIs/interfaces\n\ro Batch systems\n\ro Upstream/downstream applications\n\r• Test regulatory changes involving member enrollment, eligibility, benefits, claims adjudication, pricing, edits, and payments.\n\r• Validate Mainframe and Java batch/interface processing.\n\r• Perform ETL and source-to-target data validation.\n\r• Conduct functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, negative, and boundary testing.\n\r• Perform independent quality assessments of regulatory solutions.\n\r• Identify gaps between regulatory requirements, requirements documentation, technical implementation, and actual system behavior.\n\r• Perform SQL-based data validation and reconciliation.\n\r• Conduct defect analysis and support root-cause investigation.\n\r• Ensure traceability across Regulation → Business Requirement → System Change → Test Scenario → Test Result.\n\r \r\rRequired Experience\n\r• Strong healthcare payer QA/testing experience.\n\r• Strong testing knowledge of TriZetto Facets.\n\r• Testing experience across Mainframe and Java-based applications.\n\r• Experience validating DataStage and Talend/TalendWorks processes.\n\r• SQL and database testing skills.\n\r• Strong Medicaid managed-care knowledge.\n\r• Experience with state-specific Medicaid requirements.\n\r• Good Medicare and Medicaid health-plan knowledge.\n\r• Strong understanding of: \n\ro Member enrollment\n\ro Eligibility\n\ro Benefits\n\ro Claims\n\ro Claims adjudication\n\ro Pricing\n\ro Payment\n\r• Experience performing quality assessments for complex regulatory
