Overview :\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Platform Architect specializing in ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) and Event Management to design, enhance, and implement scalable event and alert management solutions within enterprise environments.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management, solution architecture, monitoring and observability integrations, alert correlation, noise reduction, and AIOps.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design and define scalable ServiceNow ITOM Event Management solutions aligned with enterprise monitoring and operational requirements.\n\n- Develop solution architectures for event ingestion, normalization, deduplication, correlation, enrichment, alert management, and automated incident generation.\n\n- Integrate monitoring and observability tools with ServiceNow to improve event visibility, service health monitoring, and operational efficiency.\n\n- Define technical standards, architectural patterns, and integration approaches for onboarding new monitoring sources and modernizing existing environments.\n\n- Leverage ServiceNow capabilities, including ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping, to improve service visibility and business impact analysis.\n\n- Identify opportunities for AIOps, intelligent event correlation, alert noise reduction, anomaly detection, and automation-led remediation.\n\n- Provide technical guidance on JavaScript, scripting, integration APIs, Transform Maps, MID Server integrations, workflows, and Flow Designer.\n\n- Support enterprise transitions, migrations, platform enhancements, and modernization initiatives.\n\n- Evaluate observability requirements across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and telemetry sources, including metrics, logs, traces, and OpenTelemetry.\n\n- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, operations, product, and support teams to ensure effective solution delivery.\n\n- Provide architectural guidance, technical documentation, design reviews, and implementation recommendations.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience :\n\n- 9 - 15 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow, ITOM, solution design, development, or platform architecture.\n\n- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM and hands-on or substantial working experience with Event Management.\n\n- Expertise in event processing, alert lifecycle management, event correlation, deduplication, enrichment, and noise reduction.\n\n- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, integrations, APIs, and automation capabilities.\n\n- Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and service health capabilities.\n\n- Strong technical understanding of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Transform Maps, MID Server integrations, and Flow Designer.\n\n- Experience designing monitoring integrations and event management solutions across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.\n\n- Understanding of AIOps, intelligent alerting, anomaly detection, and self-remediation use cases.\n\n- Familiarity with modern observability concepts, including metrics, logs, traces, and Open Telemetry.\n\n- Experience with enterprise solution design, technical governance, migration, modernization, and integration standardization.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Profile:\n\n- Experience working on large-scale enterprise ServiceNow ITOM implementations.\n\n- Ability to translate complex operational requirements into scalable, maintainable technical architectures.\n\n- Experience providing technical leadership and implementation guidance to development and engineering
