The role combines hands-on administration with problem-solving and ongoing collaboration across the business.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nAdminister and maintain the NetSuite ERP environment\n\nMaintain documentation and ensure system stability and data integrity\n\nCollaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders\n\nManage user access, roles, permissions, and system configurations\n\nCreate and optimize workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports\n\nTroubleshoot system issues and support business users\n\nSupport data imports, integrations, and system improvements\n\nTest NetSuite releases, enhancements, and configuration changes\n\nRequirements\n\n2+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite administration, including troubleshooting system issues and supporting business users\n\nStrong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, customization, and standard functionality\n\nExperience managing users, roles, permissions, and access controls\n\nProficiency in saved searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom records, with familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and CSV imports and exports\n\nUnderstanding of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement\n\nBasic knowledge of SuiteScript 2.x, experience with OneWorld, SuiteAnalytics, and integrations, NetSuite Administrator certification, and familiarity with release management and sandbox testing would be advantages\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\n\nUpper-intermediate or higher English proficiency\n\nAvailability to work 13:00–21:00 CET/CEST\n\nSoftServe is an equal opportunity employer.
