embedded software for medical devices used in real clinical environments\nWork with C/C++ and Qt on a mature, large-scale embedded software product\nDevelop and maintain embedded user interfaces using Qt/QML or Qt Widgets\nWork with embedded Linux and physical target hardware\nAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in an existing codebase\nDeliver smaller features, enhancements, and software improvements independently\nDebug software directly on target hardware and optimize performance and memory usage\nCollaborate closely with the customer’s engineering, QA, and product teams\nContribute to technical discussions and decisions\nSupport knowledge sharing and maintain high software quality standards\nFollow established requirements, testing, documentation, and traceability practices\nWork in a hybrid model with regular office presence in Wrocław\nWymagania\n5–8 years of commercial experience in embedded software development\nStrong programming skills in C and C++, with modern C++ experience preferred\nHands-on experience with Qt, including Qt/QML or Qt Widgets, for embedded UI development\nSolid experience with embedded Linux\nExperience with Wind River Linux (nice to have)\nExperience with Yocto, Buildroot, custom Linux kernels, drivers, or BSP development (nice to have)\nStrong understanding of multithreading\nHands-on experience with debugging on target hardware\nExperience with performance and memory optimization\nAbility to analyze and fix defects in a large existing codebase\nAbility to independently take ownership of smaller features and enhancements\nFamiliarity with Git/GitHub, CI/CD, and software testing practices\nExperience with requirements and specification management tools such as Polarion or similar\nUnderstanding of requirements traceability and traceability-driven development\nAwareness of software quality practices in regulated or safety-critical environments\nExperience with medical device software development and/or IEC 62304 (nice to have)\nExperience in other safety-critical or highly regulated industries (nice to have)\nAbility to work independently, take ownership, and communicate proactively with an
