You will partner closely with engineers and System Analyst team to design, automate, and enforce quality across the delivery pipeline, helping us scale reliably as we grow.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nTake ownership of quality at every stage of the product development lifecycle.\n\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive, risk-based test strategies and plans aligned with business and technical requirements.\nWork closely with engineers during design and development to improve testability, edge case coverage, and failure handling.\nDesign, build, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and/or Appium to improve test coverage and efficiency.\nIdentify, document, and track defects through their full lifecycle, working with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.\nPrepare clear and concise test reports, summarising test results, defect metrics, and quality status for stakeholders.\nContinuously review and improve QA processes, standards, and tools to enhance overall testing effectiveness.\nLeverage logs, metrics, and monitoring tools to validate production quality and proactively identify issues.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\n\nMust-Have:\n2–4 years of hands-on experience in QC/QA roles covering both manual and automation testing.\nProficiency with automation frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and/or Appium.\nStrong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies.\nExposure to API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.\nExperience with defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Bugzilla).\nSolid analytical skills with high attention to detail.\n\nNice-to-Have:\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions).\nBasic understanding of performance and reliability testing concepts.\nPrior experience in fintech, digital payments, or banking platforms.\nISTQB certification or equivalent is an added
