Your work will directly impact our market presence, revenue growth, and long-term client relationships in a highly competitive landscape.\nKey responsibilities:\nBuild, grow and maintain a strong network and community of operator brands and key industry partners;\n\nIdentify, qualify and convert new business opportunities across the region and act as the primary SOFTSWISS representative and brand ambassador in Asian markets;\n\nPromote and sell the main SoftSwiss products: Casino Platform, Game Aggregator, Sportsbook, Jackpot Aggregator;\n\nExecute annual and quarterly business development goals in line with company strategy;\n\nAttend and actively participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events;\n\nManage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, commercial negotiations, and contract closure;\n\nCollaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success;\n\nMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments across Asia;\n\nProvide regular reporting on pipeline status, forecasts, and achieved results.\n\nRequired Experience:\nProven experience in business development, sales or partnerships within iGaming;\n\nStrong understanding of the Asian iGaming market and its operator landscape;\n\nEstablished network within the Asian iGaming ecosystem is a strong advantage;\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;\n\nComfortable representing the company at high-level meetings,
