In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our presence in the region, building strong B2B relationships, and driving the growth of our acclaimed Sportsbook product.\nPurpose of the role:\nYou’ll drive commercial growth across LatAm markets by building and converting a strong B2B sales pipeline for our iGaming product ecosystem. Your work will impact regional revenue, market positioning, and long-term partnerships by securing new operators and establishing SOFTSWISS as a trusted industry partner in LatAm.\nKey responsibilities:\nDrive the business for Platform, Sportsbook, aggregators, bringing in new B2B clients and partners with high potential from around the globe.\n\nActively reach out to potential B2B clients and pitch them our vision (mostly offline, but also online).\n\nIdentify and develop new opportunities for the product, such as new markets, features or product supply packages.\n\nHelp communicate our product’s benefits and success stories to the broader market.\n\nRequired Experience:\n3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales position with expertise in outbound/account-based sales.\n\nExpertise in iGaming industry and experience working with Platform, Sportsbook, and aggregators.\n\nFluency in English, Spanish or Portuguese (C1 level).\n\nStellar negotiation and networking skills.\n\nWell-developed prioritising and time management skills.\n\nGood understanding of product development lifecycle and process management.\n\nOpen-mindedness and
