teams to improve adoption and efficiency.\n\nAnalyze CRM data to generate actionable insights that support business growth and cross-selling opportunities.\n\nBuild and improve workflows and automation within the CRM to streamline operations.\n\nDevelop internal reporting capabilities, reducing reliance on external tools.\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM performance and usability.\n\nSupport and guide different CRM streams, acting as the main point of contact for users.\n\nRequired Experience:\nAnalytical mindset & ability to translate insights into actions.\n\nBusiness processes review & processes improvements experience.\n\nHubspot \"hands on\" work experience: 2+ years (setup, automations, users support,system usage optimizations).\n\nTech knowledge & pipelines, objects data health, configurations experience.\n\nReports & dashboards creation (SQL knowledge, etc) experience.\n\nNice to have:\nCRM systems development experience in
