The role combines team leadership with strong technical guidance to support security decision-making across infrastructure domains.\nKey responsibilities:\nLead, coach, and develop the Infrastructure Security team, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and strong execution\n\nDefine and drive the Infrastructure Security strategy, roadmap, standards, and operating model.\n\nPrioritize team initiatives based on security risk, business impact, engineering capacity, and regulatory requirements\n\nGuide security across infrastructure environments, including cloud platforms, Kubernetes, endpoints, privileged access management, remote access, and vulnerability management\n\nBuild scalable processes for risk prioritization, remediation tracking, and cross-functional collaboration\n\nPartner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Security teams to integrate security early and improve execution\n\nCommunicate infrastructure security risks, priorities, trade-offs, and progress clearly to technical teams and leadership\n\nRequired Experience:\n5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including experience leading and managing technical security teams\n\nStrong background in Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, or Platform Security\n\nExperience translating security goals into clear roadmaps, priorities, ownership models, and measurable outcomes\n\nProven leadership skills with experience in coaching, delegation, feedback, and team development\n\nAbility to influence stakeholders and drive change across cross-functional teams\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nUpper-Intermediate or higher English level\n\nUpper-Intermediate or higher Russian level\n\nNice to have:\nExperience securing infrastructure in high-risk or regulated environments such as iGaming, Crypto, FinTech, or similar industries.\n\nExperience maturing a security function from reactive execution to a structured, scalable security program.\n\nExperience leading distributed or fully remote technical teams.\n\nHands-on experience with Zero Trust models, secure remote
