We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.\nAbout Product:\nThe SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator is a high-load casino games API platform that connects operator platforms to multiple remote game servers via a single integration.\nBehind the product is a team of engineers, DevOps specialists, integration experts, account managers, and partnership professionals who ensure reliable, secure, and scalable operations for operators worldwide. You'll solve complex technical challenges and help power one of the industry's leading aggregation platforms.\nKey responsibilities:\nOwn QA for your product team end-to-end: test strategy, checklists, test cases, etc.\n\nMeasure product quality with meaningful QA metrics and indicators (not vanity numbers)\n\nReport QA status, risks, and plans to your team and product stakeholders\n\nReview feature requirements early; surface gaps, ambiguities, and risks before development\n\nLead releases as the responsible QA; monitor deploy results in production\n\nDiagnose defects and track them from discovery to resolution\n\nValidate data directly in the databases- you will work with databases on daily as part of this role\n\nCollaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and business\n\nGive product demos to the Product Owner\n\nResearch and adopt new QA approaches and tools, includingAI-assisted QA(agents, skills) to speed up routine work\n\nContinuously improve the team’s QA process\n\nRequired Experience:\n4+ years in QA of server-side / backend applications\n\nStrong test design & analysis - risk-based prioritization, solid test-design techniques, and exploratory testing\n\nSystematic mindset and independence - proven experience improving QA processes and driving them, comfortable in a mixed Scrum / non-Scrum environment\n\nStrong hands-on experience with microservice-based systems -this is the core of the role.
