This position offers an opportunity to work closely with the product team, identify areas for improvement, and influence product-related decisions, processes, and ways of working.\nKey responsibilities:\nSupport the Product Team in organizing and coordinating day-to-day operational activities\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve product-related processes, workflows, and ways of working\n\nContribute ideas and recommendations aimed at improving the product, user experience, and internal product operations\n\nWork closely with product stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement\n\nCoordinate cross-functional communication between Product, Engineering, Operations, and other relevant teams\n\nOrganize, prepare, and facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and working sessions\n\nDefine meeting agendas, document key decisions, track action items, and follow up on agreed next steps\n\nEnsure transparency and alignment across stakeholders regarding priorities, initiatives, dependencies, and deadlines\n\nMaintain and improve internal product documentation, process guidelines, and communication materials\n\nSupport the implementation of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives within the Platform team\n\nParticipate in discussions related to product enhancements, operational challenges, and team effectiveness\n\nPrepare summaries, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders when required\n\nTake ownership of additional strategic and operational tasks assigned by the Head of Platform\n\nRequired Experience:\nHands-on experience in product management, product operations, or a similar product-focused role\n\nExperience with Casino Platform or iGaming products\n\nSolid understanding of software development processes and the product development lifecycle\n\nGood technical knowledge and can effectively communicate with Engineering and technical teams\n\nUnderstanding how product, development, and operational processes work and interact with one another\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\n\nConfidence in coordinating communication across multiple teams and stakeholders\n\nExcellent meeting facilitation and follow-up skills\n\nProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently\n\nEffectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nIdentify improvement opportunities and turn them into practical recommendations\n\nInterest in product
