We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage purchasing activities, build strong supplier relationships, and optimise procurement processes. In this role, you’ll help ensure cost efficiency, timely delivery, and high-quality goods and services to support the company’s operational needs and continued growth.\nPurpose of the role:\nYou will be responsible for managing procurement activities that ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Your work will help optimise purchasing processes, maintain reliable supplier partnerships, and ensure the company has the resources it needs to operate efficiently and support its continued growth.\nKey responsibilities:\nResearch, compare, and select suppliers to secure the best prices, discounts, and purchasing terms.\n\nManage procurement and logistics of IT hardware across multiple regions, including Asia, Europe, South America, and others.\n\nCoordinate delivery and collection of equipment for employees, including shipment, pickup, replacement, and return logistics.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date hardware records in 1C.\n\nCoordinate the transfer of equipment to service centers for repair and provide the necessary information to responsible colleagues.\n\nManage warehouse inventory and ensure accurate tracking of equipment assigned to employees.\n\nConduct regular inventory checks for warehouse stock and equipment currently in employees’ possession.\n\nStandardize and improve the hardware section in 1C, including: maintaining a unified hardware database;
