& Ownership\nOwn and manage the product backlog and roadmap for your product area\n\nTranslate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories\n\nPrioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical complexity\n\nDrive feature delivery from discovery through release and post-launch evaluation\n\nEnsure product quality and readiness throughout the development lifecycle\n\nApproach product areas strategically - connect day-to-day delivery to longer-term product and business goals, not just the next release\n\nProactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities before they become blockers\n\nProcess Ownership & Operational Leadership\nIdentify, propose, and drive adoption of new processes across the product team\n\nTake on operational workflows and reporting currently owned by product leadership\n\nAct as a reliable owner for recurring operational tasks (monitoring, reporting, cross-team coordination)\n\nContinuously & Improvement\nAnalyze user behavior, product metrics, and market trends\n\nIdentify opportunities for UX, retention, and conversion improvements\n\nSupport hypothesis validation and experimentation initiatives\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of product processes and delivery practices\n\nDocumentation & Communication\nPrepare concise and structured product documentation (Product Vision, BRD, presentations)\n\nDefine acceptance criteria and ensure shared understanding across teams\n\nMaintain transparency around priorities, risks, and delivery timelines\n\nRequired Experience:\n3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in digital products\n\nExperience in Sportsbook, Betting, or iGaming products\n\nUnderstanding of sportsbook mechanics, odds, betting flows, or player behavior\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\n\nStrong skills in backlog management and requirements definition\n\nTrack record of proposing and driving adoption of new processes, not just following existing ones\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nAnalytical mindset with attention to detail\n\nExperience working with Jira, Confluence, Google, Slack\n\nStrong written and spoken English\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with A/B testing and product analytics tools\n\nTechnical understanding of APIs and integrations\n\nExperience working with high-load or real-time systems\n\nKnowledge of B2B/B2C Sportsbook approaches\n\nPractical experience using AI tools to improve product
