The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.\nResponsibilities\nIdentify functional requirements and create user stories\nTest developed stories and ensure application QA\nPrepare and participate in internal design sessions\nSolve problems and provide technical support to application end users.\nDevelop and maintain documentation and training materials\nAssist Scrum Master and other team members when needed\nQualifications\nTop Secret Cleared.\nRequired to report to client site 4 times a week with option for 1 day remote\nBachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relavent experience in place of a degree\nMinimum 1 year of related experience\nExperience with Business Requirement Analysis\nExperience with Agile Project Management\nExperience with JIRA Ticketing\nExperience with Manual Testing\nExperience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)\nClear written communication and documentation skills.\nMust be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.\nMust be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.\nAble to develop strong client relationships.\nAbout Us\nSoft Tech Consulting, Inc. is a woman and minority-owned business headquartered in Chantilly, VA.
