The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.\nResponsibilities\nExhibit Lean-Agile leadership, adopt and apply Agile Principles, and implement Agile practices \nPromote Agile quality practices so the team can meet its goals. Identify and work to mitigate impediments\nFacilitate all team meetings, including (but not limited to) the Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospective\nGuide the team in estimating the team’s work\nKeep the team focused on daily and sprint goals to include achieving results, quality, flow, and velocity\nIdentify functional requirements and create user stories\nTest developed stories and ensure application quality\nSolve problems and provide technical support to application end users\nDevelop and maintain documentation and training materials\nAssist with data mapping\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree (or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)\nMinimum 5 years of work experience (including internships)\nClear written communication and documentation skills \nExperience with Agile framework and working on a Kanban or Scrum team\nExperience with Agile Project Management (Intermediate)\nExperience with Business requirement Analysis (Intermediate)\nExperience with Jira (Intermediate)\nMust be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.\nAble to develop strong client relationships.\nPREFERRED SKILLS:\nExperience with creating and monitoring tasks in JIRA\nApplication/software requirements gathering experience\nAbout Us\nSoft Tech Consulting, Inc. is a woman and minority-owned business headquartered in Chantilly, VA.
