Requerido - Habilidades Técnicas

· Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Tecnologías de la Información o carreras afines.

· Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en QA y automatización de pruebas.

· Experiencia en diseño y mantenimiento de frameworks de automatización.

· Dominio de Playwright, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Jira y herramientas de IA como Claude.

· Experiencia en automatización con Selenium, Cucumber y Serenity.

· Experiencia en pruebas funcionales, integración, regresión y APIs.

· Conocimientos de GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD y herramientas de gestión como Confluence.

· Experiencia en análisis, documentación y seguimiento de defectos.

· Pensamiento analítico y resolución de problemas.

· Atención al detalle y orientación a la calidad.

· Comunicación efectiva.

· Trabajo colaborativo en entornos ágiles.

· Organización y gestión de prioridades.

Deseable (Habilidades Técnicas)

· Conocimientos en C#.

· Experiencia en automatización de APIs.

· Experiencia en pruebas de rendimiento con JMeter.

· Conocimientos en Postman y Selenium.

Responsabilidades (Actividades a desempeñar)

· Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones de automatización de pruebas.

· Ejecutar pruebas funcionales, de integración, regresión y APIs.

· Identificar, documentar y realizar seguimiento a defectos.

· Validar integraciones entre sistemas y bases de datos.

· Participar en la construcción y mejora de frameworks de automatización.

· Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y QA para garantizar la calidad de las soluciones.

· Gestionar evidencias, documentación y métricas de pruebas.

· Participar en procesos CI/CD y promover buenas prácticas de calidad y automatización.

Idiomas requeridos

· Inglés: Intermedio B1.

· Bogotá D.C., Colombia (híbrido).

· Nivel requerido: Semi Senior (4 años) o Senior (5 años o más).

· Conocimientos obligatorios en Playwright, SQL, Java, TypeScript, Claude y Jira.
