Outsourcing Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in outsourcing, managed services, vendor management, operations, or business process improvement.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Monitor service performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and business alignment.
• Track and resolve service issues, risks, and performance gaps.
• Analyze operational metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and vendor governance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across outsourced services.
