DevSecOps Engineer Senior

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y administrar pipelines CI/CD en Azure DevOps.
  • Implementar estrategias de despliegue y automatización.
  • Gestionar repositorios Git, políticas y estrategias de branching.
  • Administrar contenedores Docker y plataformas Kubernetes.
  • Implementar prácticas de seguridad en pipelines e infraestructura.
  • Gestionar servicios cloud en AWS y GCP.
  • Monitorear métricas DORA y promover la mejora continua.
  • Evaluar e implementar nuevas tecnologías y herramientas DevOps.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Experiencia senior en CI/CD y Azure DevOps.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de:
  • Git, GitOps, branching, merge strategies, cherry-pick y hotfixes.
  • Docker, Dockerfiles, imágenes, registries y seguridad de contenedores.
  • Kubernetes: Deployments, Services, Ingress, balanceadores, health checks, readiness y liveness probes.
  • AWS y/o GCP (GKE, VPC, Service Accounts, NAT, NEG, servicios PaaS).
  • Conocimiento de métricas DORA.
  • Experiencia en estrategias de despliegue (Blue/Green, Canary, Rolling).

Habilidades Deseables

  • Terraform o Infraestructura como Código (IaC).
  • ArgoCD o FluxCD.
  • Observabilidad y monitoreo (Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Scripting con Bash o Python.
  • Certificaciones AWS, GCP, Kubernetes o DevOps.
  • Experiencia en entornos multicloud y capacidad de aprendizaje de nuevas tecnologías.
