migración.\nHabilidades y experiencia requeridas\n+3 años de experiencia en DevOps, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering o System Administration.\nExperiencia sólida administrando Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines y Boards).\nExperiencia con GitHub Enterprise Cloud o Server.\nExperiencia migrando código fuente, repositorios y/o plataformas CI/CD.\nDominio de GitHub Actions y conversión de pipelines entre plataformas.\nScripting con PowerShell, Python y/o Bash.\nConocimiento avanzado de Git y estrategias de branching.\nExperiencia con IAM, SSO, SAML, SCIM y modelos RBAC.\nConocimientos de seguridad aplicados a source control, CI/CD y gestión de secretos.\nCapacidad de troubleshooting autónomo en entornos complejos.\nExcelentes habilidades de comunicación con audiencias técnicas y de negocio.\nHabilidades deseables\nExperiencia previa liderando migraciones de Azure DevOps a GitHub.\nConocimiento de GitHub Enterprise Importer (GEI).\nCertificaciones GitHub, Microsoft Azure o
