  • Gestionar múltiples iniciativas tecnológicas asegurando la calidad y mitigación de riesgos.
  • Interactuar constantemente con equipos técnicos, usuarios y clientes para asegurar el cumplimiento de entregables y objetivos.
  • Desarrollar y promover una cultura de gestión de proyectos a nivel empresarial.
  • Facilitar y proporcionar coaching a equipos de proyecto para mejorar su desempeño.
  • Implementar y supervisar marcos de compliance y governance en entornos regulados.
  • Utilizar herramientas de IA para automatizar reportes y análisis de portafolio.
  • Elaborar informes ejecutivos para la toma de decisiones de alta gerencia.
  • Identificar riesgos y tendencias a nivel de portafolio para proponer soluciones efectivas.

Requisitos

  • Requerido - Habilidades Técnicas
  • Ingeniero de sistemas, ingeniero electrónico, ingeniero de telemático o afines.
  • Experiencia en el área de desarrollo, soporte y ventas de servicios de aplicaciones
  • Diseño de frameworks metodológicos y modelos de governance de portafolio
  • Gestión de portafolio de proyectos y programas (visión multi-proyecto)
  • Auditoría de proyectos y cumplimiento metodológico
  • Marcos de compliance y governance en entornos regulados (deseable)
  • Mejora de procesos: Lean, Six Sigma (deseable)
  • Diseño e impartición de programas de capacitación para líderes de proyectos
  • Promoción de cultura de gestión de proyectos a nivel empresa
  • Facilitación y coaching a equipos de proyecto
  • Métricas y reporting ejecutivo
  • Dashboards ejecutivos: Claude/AI, Power BI, Tableau, Excel avanzado
  • Elaboración de informes para toma de decisiones de alta gerencia
  • Identificación de riesgos y tendencias a nivel de portafolio
  • Administración de plataformas: Jira Admin, Azure DevOps, MS Project Server, Confluence, ServiceNow
  • Herramientas de IA aplicadas al PMO: automatización de reportes, análisis de portafolio
  • Influencia sin autoridad (imponer estándares sin gestionar directamente equipos)
  • Pensamiento sistémico y orientación a datos
  • Comunicación efectiva con niveles operativos y ejecutivos
