The role entails managing project scope and requirements, assigned talent and resources, the schedule, costs, quality, and risks.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.\nMonitor and follow up on project activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.\nMaintain effective and ongoing communication with clients, providing project status updates, reporting, and stakeholder management.\nLead and manage IT projects, ensuring the successful delivery of products, services, and solutions according to agreed commitments.\nDefine, document, and manage project scope, requirements, deliverables, and change requests.\nManage project resources and ensure optimal allocation to meet project goals.\nEnsure compliance with quality standards and project management best practices.\nPrepare and present project status reports, KPIs, project metrics, and executive summaries for clients and internal stakeholders.\nFacilitate project planning, governance, tracking, and control meetings.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.\nWork within both traditional and Agile project management frameworks, including PMI, Scrum, and Agile methodologies.\nCollaborate with technical teams involved in Cloud-based projects (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).\nRequired qualifications (+4 YOE)\nProven experience managing IT projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.\nExperience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and risks.\nStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to lead teams and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience preparing executive-level reports and providing regular client updates.\nKnowledge and practical experience with traditional and Agile project management methodologies (PMI, Scrum, Agile).\nExperience delivering and managing Cloud projects (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).\nAdvanced English proficiency (spoken and written).\nSQL basic knowledge.\nJIRA tool knowledge.\nPreferred qualifications (Nice to have):\nProject Management certifications (Scrum Master or PMI).\nValid U.S. Visa and Passport.\nWork schedule\nMonday to Friday.\n8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.\nWork location -
