SAP Concur Senior

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Concur implementation.
  • Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of expense management, travel processes, and fiscal compliance.
  • Experience in multinational projects with LATAM localizations.
  • Experience integrating with electronic invoicing service providers.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Experience with SAP RISE environments (preferred).
  • Strong documentation, communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • SAP Concur certifications and postgraduate studies in related areas are desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Discover & Design workshops to define travel and expense management processes.
  • Configure and adapt SAP Concur according to corporate policies and local requirements.
  • Integrate SAP Concur with SAP S/4HANA and related systems.
  • Coordinate with electronic invoicing service providers to ensure proper integration.
  • Document processes, configurations, and key decisions.
  • Support functional testing, training, and change management activities.
