Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un/a Senior Full Stack Developer con sólida experiencia en desarrollo backend y arquitecturas modernas para participar en el desarrollo y evolución de plataformas empresariales estratégicas. Trabajarás con tecnologías Java y Angular en entornos basados en microservicios y prácticas DevOps. Formarás parte de equipos Agile impulsando soluciones escalables, seguras y de alta calidad. Además, contribuirás en un entorno AI-Native donde la Inteligencia Artificial se integra de forma transversal en el ciclo de vida del software.

Habilidades requeridas

  • Experiencia de más de 5 años como Full Stack Developer o Software Engineer.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate y JPA.
  • Experiencia en Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML y CSS.
  • Conocimiento de Oracle, PostgreSQL y diseño de APIs REST.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Git, GitHub, Jenkins y pipelines CI/CD.
  • Conocimiento de Docker, OpenShift y arquitecturas de microservicios.
  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas de IA aplicadas al desarrollo de software.
  • Capacidad de análisis, resolución de problemas y trabajo colaborativo.

Responsabilidades (Actividades a desempeñar)

  • Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones empresariales utilizando tecnologías backend y frontend modernas.
  • Diseñar nuevas funcionalidades y soluciones basadas en arquitecturas de microservicios.
  • Participar en el análisis de requisitos y definición de soluciones técnicas.
  • Implementar pruebas, controles de calidad y acciones de mejora continua.
  • Colaborar en procesos de integración continua, despliegue y soporte a producción.
  • Resolver incidencias, optimizar rendimiento y garantizar la estabilidad de las aplicaciones.
  • Participar en iniciativas de automatización y productividad apoyadas por herramientas de IA.
  • Contribuir a decisiones técnicas, buenas prácticas de ingeniería y mentoría de perfiles junior.
