presencial.\nDeseable:\nExperiencia con Service Now o herramientas similares de gestión de tickets.\nConocimientos de ITIL.\nExperiencia en proyectos de migración, despliegue o renovación de equipos.\nPortugués intermedio para soporte a usuarios de Latinoamérica.\nModalidad de trabajo: Híbrida en Softtek Aguascalientes.\nDisponibilidad para cubrir guardias y rol de
