Citizen\n Strong hands-on experience developing mobile applications using .NET MAUI and C#\n Experience building and deploying applications for both iOS and Android\n Experience using SQLite for local storage and offline application functionality\n Strong understanding of offline synchronization, conflict resolution, and data consistency\n Experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and JSON-based services\n Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-hosted backend applications\n Understanding of secure mobile development practices and authentication mechanisms\n Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, debugging, and mobile testing tools\n Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills\n 8+ years of software development experience, including significant mobile application development\n Experience with enterprise-scale offline-first mobile applications\n Experience with Azure App Services, API Management, and Azure SQL\n Experience migrating Xamarin applications to .NET MAUI\n Familiarity with mobile accessibility and Section 508 requirements\n Experience supporting field-based mobile applications and remote data collection workflows\n Experience
