solutions using LLMs, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI.\nTake end-to-end ownership of projects, from requirements and architecture through development and deployment.\nBuild scalable applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Java, or Python.\nEvaluate and integrate AI models, frameworks, APIs, and cloud AI services.\nDesign AI agents, workflows, integrations, and intelligent automation.\nMake independent technical decisions and proactively solve complex problems.\nMaintain high standards of code quality, security, performance, and AI reliability.\nTeam Leadership\nLead and mentor a small team of engineers and provide technical direction.\nReview code and guide architectural and technical decisions.\nSupport sprint planning, delivery decisions, and technical retrospectives.\nContribute to hiring, onboarding, and the development of engineers.\nSet strong engineering and AI delivery standards within the team.\nClient Engagement & Sales Engineering\nLead client discovery calls, technical discussions, solution presentations, and demos.\nTranslate business challenges into practical technical and AI solutions.\nAct as a key technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders.\nSupport pre-sales, scoping, proposals, and solution design.\nCommunicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nBuild strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future solutions and growth.\nContinuous Improvement\nStay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them.\nIntroduce relevant tools, frameworks, and best practices to the team and client projects.\nRequirements\n7+ years of software development experience, including senior or lead-level experience.\nProven experience leading or mentoring engineers.\nStrong hands-on experience building AI/GenAI solutions in real-world projects.\nSolid understanding of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, embeddings, vector databases, and AI integrations.\nStrong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with React.js.\nStrong backend experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or similar technologies.\nExperience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nGood understanding of software architecture, microservices, APIs, DevOps, and CI/CD.\nPrevious client-facing and/or pre-sales experience.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nComfortable communicating in English with international clients, both verbally and in writing.\nWe Are Looking For Someone Who\nTakes full ownership and
